During a past Sketchfest, I had a bunch of bright colors mixed for another painting and rather than waste them, I sketched a flower garden. I'm not even sure whether I uploaded the sketch The canvass sat there for a while, not inspiring me.

I had a bit of blue and white paint left over from something else last week, so I picked the painting up and painted the sky in behind the flowers. It's amazing what a difference that made. There is a shadow on the canvass in this picture, which is partially obscured by the watermark.

The line from a song came to me: "The spirit of the plants has come to me in the form of a beautiful, dancing green woman."

There's a lot of detail to do still, and clearly some things are missing altogether (for instance, she needs hair), but it's a start.

I came here wondering about a card reading and saw this. I know that song but no idea where it comes from originally. Do you know?

It's a pagan album, but I'm not remembering which one at the moment. Circle of Women maybe? Or maybe not, I'm really not sure. You could try Googling that line in quotes, I suppose.

That's a better clue than I've ever had before, lol! And I thought about googling the line at about 1am last night lol!!!

I would like a card reading but not sure how it works, I did read your page but still didn't understand what I need to do?

So, you go to the post about the cards and say that you would like a card. You can talk a little about what part of your life you want to know about, hold a question in mind and either ask it or not (knowing the question might help me to interpret the card I draw, but if it's a private question I can work with that), ask for a card to meditate on, ask for a guide for a project or for the year, or ask for inspiration for a creative project. If you are in a RPG or writing a story, you can ask me to draw a card for your character.

I have found that the cards are willing to be responsive to what you are looking for.

If you want to tip, click on the musical instrument case at the bottom, which is a paypal link. One card drawings are free, but people who tip can ask a clarifying question after I do the reading if the first card doesn't give them enough inspiration or insight.

I am also currently doing five-card drawings for $25 USD, and can do longer drawings; let me know what you're hoping for and I'll give you a price before I do the drawing, and if you want that, you can send the money, and then I do the drawing.

I want to stress that while I do my best to give useful insight and inspiration, all I can legally promise is entertainment.
