The Seddon-Boulet painting (Hel) is visible on Google, but I couldn't find a good direct link. It seems to be available only on Pinterest, and those links go not to the individual image but to the collection whoever collected it put it in, which can be hundreds of images.
As to Skill, I don't know if anyone has scanned that card in and put it up on the net, and while I'm willing to link to content that's already public, I'm not comfortable scanning and publishing an image that's under copyright. I don't think that is fair to the artist.
